APPROVED CLINICAL PROTOCOLS

RSE on REM "Republican Center for Health Development" of the Ministry of Healthof the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - RSE on REM "RCHD") informs the following.

On April 4, 2016, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between RSE on REM "RCHD" and LLP "Accounting and Management", which aims to promote the development of e-health in the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - RK), as well as providinghigh-quality information service in the field of e-health RK "Electronic base of clinical protocols (hereinafter – CP) MHRK for further informing practical health care professionals about the possibility of quick and relatively simple updating of CP.

In accordance with Subparagraph 59-1, Paragraph 1, Article 1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Health of the People and the Healthcare System" (hereinafter - the Code), the clinical protocol is a document that establishes general requirements for the provision of medical care to a patient in a particular disease or clinical situation.

According to paragraph 3 of Article 33 of the Code, health care providers are guided by clinical protocols when providing medical assistance.

The clinical protocol is not a normative legal act and is of an advisory nature.


Regulation on development/revision of clinical protocols
